Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pastime account from the mobile app or request help by email.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Request deletion on the web

Email privacy@pastime.app from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What happens

Your account is disabled and personal data is deleted or anonymised where possible. Limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, disputes, financial reporting or other legal obligations.
