Terms of Use
These terms apply when you create an account or use Pastime.
Using Pastime
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Events and other members
Members create and attend events independently. Organisers must describe events accurately, provide a safe experience and comply with applicable laws. Attendees must follow organiser instructions and treat other people respectfully. Pastime is not the organiser unless an event clearly says otherwise.
Content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Pastime permission to host, display and process it as needed to operate the service. Content and behaviour must follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect users and comply with law.
Payments
Where paid events are available, Stripe processes payments and organiser payouts. The total price and applicable refund terms must be shown before purchase. Statutory rights are not affected.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Pastime available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or guarantee events organised by members. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
